Grieb Ranch Plant Feed Brewing Instructions

Grieb Ranch Plant Feed Small Bag - Individual size:
The 1 gallon watering can available through Grieb Ranch Plant Feed website is ideal for this application.
  1. Fill a 1-2 gallon watering can with water.
  2. Place Grieb Ranch Plant Feed bag in water.
  3. Let steep for 3 days - 2 weeks. Remove Plant Feed bag.
  4. Pour directly on earth around base of plant. Up to 1/2 gallon/plant for garden plants, less for house plants.

The longer the Grieb Ranch Plant Feed brews the richer the "tea". Add water as evaporation takes place. If you choose, you can dilute the stronger (longer brew) Grieb Ranch Plant Feed mix to 1-2 cups per gallon before feeding to your plants.

Grieb Ranch Plant Feed Batch Size:
The Grieb Ranch Plant Feed 5-gallon Brewer is ideal for this application along with the Grieb Ranch Plant Feed 1 gallon watering can. The Batch size is for use with 1 container that holds 5 gallons or 2 that hold 2-3 gallons of water.
  1. Fill the containers or brewers (5 gallon or less) with water.
  2. Place Grieb Ranch Plant Feed bag in water of 1st container. If using more than one container, remove bag after 5 hours and place the same bag in the next container and leave to brew.
  3. Let brew for 1-2 weeks.
  4. Dilute in a watering can the brewed "tea" to 1-2 cups "tea" per gallon of water.
  5. Pour directly on earth around base of plant. Up to 1/2 gallon per plant for garden plants, less for house plants.

Grieb Ranch Plant Feed Barrel Pouch size:
The Grieb Ranch Plant Feed Siphon Mixer is ideal for this application. The brew needs to steep in a 30 gallon trash can. If using a metal trash can first caulk the bottom seam and the side seams - otherwise it will most likely leak. A plastic, 30 gallon trash can should not leak.
  1. Place trash can near water outlet spigot.
  2. Fill trash can with water.
  3. Place Garden Barrel size Grieb Ranch Plant Feed bag in water and wrap string around one handle.
  4. Let brew for 1-2 weeks.
  5. Attach siphon watering devise to hose. Place siphon end in trash can with brewed Plant Feed.
  6. Spray over lawn or garden using hose.
