Payment:
- Full payment is required prior to shipping out your order.
- Online payment is secure.
- For those not comfortable with on-line shopping you can mail in your order by telling us Amount, Size, and Variety. Use the shopping cart to calculate your shipping. Please include a money order made out to Grieb Ranch Plant Feed for the exact amount of your purchase. We'll need your name, address and phone number to complete the order.
- Returns will be exchanges only, and only with prior written approval from our Customer Service Team. Please contact the Grieb Ranch Customer Service Team by e-mail. Please describe what exchange you would like to make and we’ll re-work the order to your satisfaction. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for returned products. Return shipping back to us will be paid by the customer.
